		<description>The process for syncing is completely automatic, that&#039;s the great thing about Slicehost. There&#039;s multiple options to choose from and just click on the upgrade button. It&#039;s all behind the scenes and works seamlessly.

My understanding of the process is that Slicehost automatically copies your existing slice to another, performs the upgrade on the new slice, syncs the new slice back with your current slice, and then automatically switches  from the smaller slice to the larger one.

Are slicehost VM&#039;s just sitting around as VM images somewhere that you always have access to and you just deployed it to a bigger slice or something?  Thats pretty cool if you can in fact do that ... I think if it was me, it would have gone something like
